Personal data (GDPR)

NetDamIX collects personal data only via the contact form: name, business email, organisation, message.

Purpose: to reply to your commercial or engagement enquiry.

Legal basis: your consent (checkbox at form submission) — GDPR article 6.1.a.

Recipients: Damien Martinquet only. No sharing or sale to third parties.

Processor: Web3Forms (Etheme LLC, USA) routes the form to Hello@netdamix.be. Web3Forms does not retain submissions beyond the time strictly required for delivery.

Retention: 3 years from last contact, then automatic deletion.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection. To exercise them, write to Hello@netdamix.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA), https://www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no cookies. Audience analytics are powered by Plausible Analytics, self-hosted on stats.netdamix.be (Belgium). Plausible sets no cookies, does not follow visitors across sites, and does not collect personal data within the meaning of GDPR (article 4-1).

Data collected by Plausible (anonymous, aggregated): approximate country (derived from IP then the IP is immediately discarded), browser, OS, screen size, page viewed, referrer. No fingerprinting, no persistent identifier.

Because no personal data is processed, no consent is required (GDPR art. 6) and no cookie banner is required (ePrivacy directive, derogation for anonymous statistics).

The site also uses the browser's localStorage to remember that you closed the language suggestion. This information never leaves your device.

Web fonts (Fraunces, Inter Tight, JetBrains Mono) are also self-hosted — no Google Fonts request.
